Orchestrated Determinism: the governing principle

Orchestrated Determinism (OD) is a claim: founder intuition is not a necessary feature of B2B venture creation. Every phase gate, from problem discovery through customer retention, can be governed by explicit, pre-specified decision rules applied to structured evidence.
In practice, language models compile assessments (scores) and deterministic code makes every gate decision by comparing a numeric score with a numeric threshold. Models never set thresholds, criteria or gate logic.
The claim is tested empirically through operation: each commercial cycle the infrastructure runs is also a data point. The programme manuscript will not be submitted before at least three quarters of trajectory data exist. The claim is a hypothesis, not a finding.
